Change Is Good!

On July 1st, TLC will officially relocate to the former school building next to St. Mary church in Dover. In the meantime, none of the services we provide to the women and children in our community and the surrounding communities will be impacted. All services and programs will remain in place during and after the move.

We are looking forward to this next chapter for TLC and the continued opportunity to provide shelter, basic necessities, and skills for women to become self-sufficient, employed, and independent.

25th Anniversary Campaign

Foundation Funding

United Way continues to be a supporter of TLC. The 2020-2021 fiscal year will mark eight years of consistent basic needs funding through United Way. 

TLC received funding from Keefe Kares for the 2018-2019 fiscal year.

We are grateful the work done at TLC is recognized by local foundations.

November 2017

Staff attended the Keefe Realty launch party for the fall/winter issue of Lake and Country. TLC was chosen to be featured in this magazine. Found out at the party that the grants that TLC receives from Keefe Kares is money donated from a portion of each realtor's commission. Selling homes and then turning around to help others get a home. We are thankful for the $3500 we received. 

S.L. Gimbel Foundation Grant

TLC recently received a grant in the amount of $25,000 from the S.L.Gimbel Foundation.  With a rise in the number of individuals served and their significant needs, this grant will be used to support two full-time case management positions. TLC is very thankful for Gimbel’s continued support and acknowledgement of the program.

The TLC Golf Outing was a huge success. With beautiful weather, delicious food, and fun prizes a good time was had by all.  This year 72 golfers and 30 hole sponsors helped TLC meet its goal of raising $10,000.
